Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients :

• 1 cup of milk

• 5 sweet potatoes

• 1 cup of flour

• an egg

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 teaspoon black pepper

• 1 teaspoon spiced potato

• 1 tablespoon of salt

• frying oil

How to prepare potato wedges:

First, wash the potatoes well from dirt and dust, until the skin is clean. Cut the potatoes into thick slices.

Put a quantity of water on the fire, let it boil, then add potatoes and boil just half boiled without getting tender. Strain the potatoes from the water, season them with salt, paprika, garlic, black pepper and spices.

Heat oil, and leave it until it is completely heated, then add the potatoes, and fry until golden. Serve potatoes and stuff with mayonnaise and ketchup.
